It seems that if you Flash objects while they are in movement (Chomper for example) then they fade out for a moment before teleporting to coordinates 1, 1. Even better, on CrossRoad Level 3 performing the glitch with a Wee Stinker puts the view point onto a Wee Stinker! :o

The Wee Stinker will always face the top left corner.

If the Wee Stinker reaches the Wee Stinker exit then the view point will stay on the Wee Stinker exit.

Just making sure...

I think a move is worth more like 0.38 seconds (a second is worth 2.6 moves). Blinking to two coins takes 7 seconds (with the two moves included). So redoing the calculations that makes large inventory bag about 7 seconds slower than taking two trips to Mushroom Grove. Oh, and did anyone notice that...

This is a nice way of collecting coins quickly, but I've already thought of it and I don't think it's worth it. Unloading the two mushroom keys takes about 45 seconds. Well if it's any consolation, I've found a 10 second time saver in There And Back Again. It's a little tricky, but it doesn't require special timing just optimal movement (can only waste one move maximum) so with a bit of practice it shouldn't be a problem. :) Basically it skips using the Dragonturt...

Wonderland Adventures Any% Route

Just timed it and I think the purple key in the corn fields is still worth it by about 14 seconds. I also find it slightly easier.
