Life after Mette

I've been away for awhile. Has anyone taken up where Mette left off? Mettes' monthly zip files were fantastic for those of us living at the end of the world and using dial-up. If it has been taken over can someone let me know where to go. I mean specifically levels after Mette stopped. Thanks, mossy...

Downloading WA adventures from Mettes page

I downloaded zip files from Mettes page into download inbox and then unzipped into folders. I went to player exe but they weren't there. I tried moving them to current where my other adventures are and still couldn't find them when I went to player exe. What am I doing wrong. Thanks for any help you...

It depends on who made the level, some are fun, some not so fun.

 Loirae,
I don't have anything that looks like a calculator, what I have is
Num Lk which is suppose to do the same thing but doesn't. I think
I just have a screwy computer with a mind of it's own. Thanks for
trying and at least paulm12 has his working now.

I look forward to the new game in what ever formate it arrives in.
I just hope there is a free demo to try out first. If it's as complicated
as it sounds I may not purchase but I'm sure others will.Image

YES!!! the levels are harded. I had to take a break from the game because the fun had gone right out of it. Either too many bits and pieces or not enough. I still don't understand the glitches. I often sat there wondering why people posted levels that obviously couldn't be played. Having said that I...

How about a sign that pops up to say KABOOM YOUR DEAD then shifts the level back to where you were last safe!

My most hated one is the one I can't get right up till I get it.
My favorite is the one I get first time (very rare!)
I too wish we had an undo option especially for the big ones
as I often get tired of dying and give up. Sometimes I go back
sometimes I don't.

Hi Virtland
Thanks for the picture. While I don't usually expose myself in such a manner I none the less find the relaxed but alert pose apt. If you
don't mine I may play around with it to see if I can turn it green.
If I manage that I'll post it.

I think your talking about creating a whole new game! For me the spirit of the game is having to use your brains to solve the levels. I for one already find it too taxing sometimes to solve the problem only to die because my fingers aren't fast enough to cope with all the little surprises some peopl...

I know what you mean altho for me it's usually a combo of both ,only rarely does everything fall in to sync. Still fun trying till the frustration
level gets to high, sometimes I just get tired of dying every few seconds!!

Haven't tried shrimp and beer but I do love shrimp & garlic simmered in a little white wine with pasta and more garlic and snow peas with garlic on the side. Perhaps that's why I'm single, never found anyone to share my garlic habit with except my ex ( which wasn't do to garlic but to chili. Some li...

Chestnuts are in short supply at the best of times around here. I thought they were roasted on a grill tho? Only took me one xmas to get use to the idea of shrimp on the barbbie . Winter wonderland

Just wondering how all you northerns are doing in the cold cold depths of January? Remembering my last winter up there and am busy congratulating myself on getting back to reasonable weather. I was kicked out of Vermont for being a traitor to my native state. May hit 100 today and have had to turn t...

Condense monthly levels

I've just discovered this wonderful place and am working my way thru all the old levels. Very tedious to download one by one! Is it possible to condense the monthly collection of levels into one file? or has that been done and I haven't found them yet.
