The zip file has a custom file so, yeah. Put that in the Custom folder. The custom folder should be in the WA Editor folder. If it isn't, just make it.

@Technos: There actually is a mod where texture packs can add their own sounds, if you really want to have a challenge. Integrated Soundpacks, I think it is called.
