3D levels....
Most of the time I don't like 3D levels either, but if some are created
for just esthetic purposes, I think that would be nice.

3D? Do I have to wear special glasses to see the game in 3D?
Kidding aside, this was one feature I had been looking forward to.
After enjoying Duke Nuke'em and a host of other 3D games
I was very disappointed.
Sounds were missing, and objects like trampolines didn't work.
Things looked poorly up close and having to turn all the time was a pain.
It looks and plays great in 2D. So if it's not broke, why fix it?

A somewhat strange reply
All Wonderland levels are really 2D, but they are always played with graphics which give a 3D appearance. I like this, and would award it 10 out of 10, although I think a 2D option may be helpful for people with slower computers or badly supported graphics cards.
Sorry, I couldn't resist the temptation to say that... In case you haven't realised, I am rather pedantically pointing out that description of the third-person view as "2D" is inaccurate, although I suppose the 3D-ness is more noticeable with the first-person view.
Now for my response to the 'real' question... I generally dislike the first-person view, although it can work well for some levels. I would award it 2 out of 10.

;fui;
10/10!
If you're reading this, you've officially finished the actual post and are just reading my pointless sig.

3D Levels
It depends on what's in the level
If there are thse things that do'nt work well e.g Trampolines or bridges that lose that sound and visual Qualaty then NO but if not then YES!
So an 8/10 but if you could get those things to work then 10/10

Well, I played some more 3D levels... I'm sitting on the fence now. 3 out of 10.
It is quite good for esthetical purposes, but never for trampolines.
Some sounds are lost, but that is not so much.
The endless turning makes the game a bit tedious, and the kabooms become a quick death, when sneaking from behind!
And finally... it's a bit creepy.

Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

I like 3d it's cool.
PS. Did you know that if a kaboom passes a player in 3d mode the kaboom looks VERY scary.
