New models - Palm tree selection.

In answer to Lakeowl's plea for a small palm tree, I've taken Steve Seaman's palm tree model and made some smaller models out of it.

There are 4 models, ranging from 3 tiles high (which is a lot smaller than Steve's original one), to 1 tile high.

No texture files needed for these either.

That was on my to do list for today!
It's nice to see someone actually use the models they ask for.

Maybe they don't want to use them, maybe they want to sell em on Turbo Squid.
