Everyone reads themselves. They don't read anyone's thoughts, they just know whether their own personal thoughts are true or not.

That would work for facts, but opinions can't always be validated so how would anyone make that part?

That's true, opinions can't be validated, the main purpose is that so that whenever people get an idea, fact, stereotype into their mind, they will immediately see whether it is actually true or whether they're wrong.
