Private Message Question

I have a question about private messages: I have sent two private messages during my time as a poster, and they are both still in outbox. How long does it normally take for private messages to be sent?

I am unsure of the exact timing, but I believe the system works in a way that only read messages are sent to your sent box. So if something is still is in your outbox, it means the recipient hasn't opened their PMs yet.

Yes, this is correct. The outbox means the message hasn't been read yet. While in this state, you can still edit it. Once it is opened by the recipient, it goes in the sent messages and can no longer be modified.

Sounds like your readers haven't read what you wrote yet. Maybe get their attention some other way first?

Discord is generally the most common "speedy" route of communication for most (though hardly all) of us Wonderlanders. Beyond that though, you're at the whims of whenever the individual checks their inbox; although, if it's a question you could theoretically ask someone else, you're welcome to post a topic about it and try to get someone's attention that way. (I know I'm slow to read my PMs because I forget that's a feature :P)
