I forgot to post THIS ONE:
What do 1, 7, and 12 have in common? (besides not dividing by zero, yes dividing by one, all being numbers, and all having the letter e. Um, yes.)

Eh. The game attempts to create 256 fruits but ends up making garbage instead. I don't like getting close to garbage-y stuff.

It's still not that bizarre.
I'd like to see you even get to level 10.

Well if I saw random shapes and letters floating around (and flashing sometimes like in some games) I would run.

Obviously you can't solve the riddle.
Hint2: Think with two numbers under 6, and with arithmatec and spelling.
(the misspelling combined with 'and spelling' is only a joke)

It's because of an overflow error - since the fruit counter is incremented every level, it loops back to 0, and when it starts drawing fruit it loops back to 255. Thus it draws 256 fruit, because the game is programmed to stop drawing fruit when it hits 0.

I had no idea topic was still in use.
I think I know the solution of your riddle now, but in that case
Doesn't the number 1.3333........ also belong with the 1,7, and 12?

Thanks. In that case I'm pretty sure the solution is:
1 (4-3)
7 (4+3)
1.3333.... (4/3)
12 (4*3)
Can I post my riddle now about the dog with the little piece of metal at the end of its tail now, or do you all know that riddle for a long time?

A dog is walking from Amsterdam to Paris, a distance of 600 kilometers. It starts walking with a speed of 1 meter/second. Its tail goes up and down and every second the piece of metal, which is at the end of its tail, hits the ground. Every time the dog hears the ticking of the metal on the ground, it doubles its speed. So, after one second it goes 2 m/s, a second later 4 m/s, after another second 8 m/s, 16, 32 etc.
The question is: what's the dogs speed when it arrives in Paris?

Wow...when the dog gets to Paris, it'll be moving pretty fast!
No, I do not have the answer.

Pretty fast is right. It's a pretty fast dog.
But I'd rather get a number as an anwer, and an explanation or calculation.

The dog won't get there. He'll get tired of running so fast and collapse.

No, the dog will reach the finish in time. It's a very special high speed dog.
I think it's much too early yet to give the answer, but there's really one right answer with an precise speed: so many meters per second.

Another 2^n question.
The answer is 4.1495155688809929585124078636912e+180

I'm sorry Tyteen, but the answer is not right. I have no idea how you came to that anwer, but the speed can never be higher then 600,000 m/s (600km/s). If the dog would walk that speed, he would reach the finish in 1 second. I guess with a speed of 10^180 it would be halfway Jupiter.

Hm...
Using algebra:
(n/2)(2a+(n-1)d)=y
Convert to suit the question:
(x/2)(4+(x-1)2)=600
Simplify:
(x/2)(4+(x-1)2)=600
(x/2)(2x+2)=600
(x/2)(2x)+(x/2)(2)=600
x^2+x=600
Solve:
x(x+1)=600
x=24
I believe that the answer is 24 km/s!
