Ok heres the problem.
I recently bought the game.
But it's sound files are not Mp3 files.
THEY ARE MUSIC PLAYER FILES!
MP3 files:Game reads them
Windows media files Music files:Game does'nt read them.
Does anyone know where i can get a sound pack or at least how to fix it?
Or just a Sound FIX.
My garrysmod fixed half of the sounds.
And also.
Alot of objects and figures come out as black textured untill my flashlight is on and shined on them.
When its off. They go back to normal black.
I need fixes or help on this straight away!
The black texture problem and game won't read problems will have pics if i am asked in order to figure this out.
Half-life2 episode2 help really needed!

The .MP3 part is because Source doesn't use MP3's. Try googling for an MP3 > WAV converter.
The flashlight part, on the other hand, is likely due to your video settings. If changing them doesn't work, then it might be a lighting issue in the levels, in which case you should do cache verification:
In steam: Right-click Half-Life 2: Episode 2 -> Select Properties -> Local Content -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache...
