Hey there,
I'm not sure what is happening. When you go into the bottom room you should first step on the green button. That releases the zbots. Carefully remove the boxes from the room without disturbing them so they just continue to fly around the outside. If you block one with a box you get trouble. The hardest part is grabbing the coin in front of the coily, if he jumps out and disrupts the flight of the zbots, you get more trouble.
There is one coin and 5 bonus coins in the lower room.
