New Level - Running on Empty

Post by Amadeus! » Sun Jan 22, 2006 7:34 pm

Running on Empty

There is a coin shortage in Wonderland.
And Peegue's transporter is low on fuel.

I'm with inger.

I'm really good at getting rid of the boxes, but I can't find a way to get me out of the back and forth run.

I've added a Note in the new version.
If you are still stuck, here is the clue:

Fortune Cookie says: "Beware of boxes that fall.
But a close call, is better than nothing at all."

:D :D :D That was so cool Mark. The note was perfect. I was just standing over on the other side like this  Then I got rid of the stuff and went and had a look and well, I was out in a jiffy. Thanks, I don't know how you come up with this, Well OK I know. :D :D :D

I Give UP!!! My mind will not let me do this puzzle. I would appreciate some hints....Please?

The second version is quite a bit different. I am wondering how you were supposed to get rid of the wood box in the first version?

Thanks!

I was trying to figure this out and I died many times in the process but on one of my nine lives I noticed something funny happened so I went with it and made it home. Great glitch. Great level.

I too noticed something happening when I died.

And your note helped tremendously.

Got to the exit in the end. What an extraordinary glitch, yet again! :o :D

I'm in agreement with Inger, Mark.
Can you post a hidden spoiler for all those that need help, please.

There are so many of yours that I would love to be able to complete, and I think that there are probably many other players as well who would love to have a chance , but may be too shy to ask.

Solution for "Running on Empty"
Have Peegue destroy the two boxes on the left side with the electro.
This will send the transporter over to him.
Next destroy the two boxes on the right side with the other electro.
As the last box is destroyed, the right generator will create three new
boxes as Peegue is standing on the transporter.
The center box will bounce on the trampoline towards Peegue.
Just before the box hits him on the head, push the transporter to the left.
It will run out of fuel right in front of the exit.

I worked this out from the clue in the level Mark ... (didn't use the spoiler - honest) ... it truly is magic

Another grand illusion .. well done - I don't know how you begin to even look for these blips, let alone discover them !

Thanks

Kazza :) :)
