Need more tokens and a star!

I finished the game and now I'm trying to get into that gate at the south side of the marketplace which requires 104 stars(!!!). If I complete all the arcade games I'll have 103, but I need 5 more tokens. I think we need a list of token locations...

Also, is there an extra star I'm missing? Maybe a hidden level somewhere?

There are 2 stars behind the rainbow gate several screens east of where Morklin is. It's kind of hidden on the lower left of the area.

The market seller has one token. The bartender too.

Explore windows. Don't know where, but tokens are hidden somewhere.

How many levels does a video machine have? Three?

I might be in the wrong place again but.....I can't seem to find an "open" arcade yet. Is that something that comes after a certain amount of completion of the rest of the game?

You have to complete "The Package" in an area with a windmill and pirate 2 areas east of Wonderland Market Area and 1 area south.

Are you in the arcade house?
Stand before an arcade machine and use 1 token. Then the game must begin.

I gotta find him. A nice Margarita would be awesome right now. I can't believe I've been playing this for three days.

We have LOTS and LOTS of snow and can't really get out anywhere so here I sit.

I'm still missing 3 stars but I think I know where I have to get them from. 1 from that FRUSTRATING Mountain rescue and two more from wakka wakka. At least after a few hours search I have found enough tokens for the games. Has anyone gotten past that 104 star gate yet? Did you get to use the flower there?
