Issue #18 Feedback

Post by Midnight Synergy » Fri Dec 12, 2008 6:58 pm

Hello everybody!

Issue #18 is out now:
http://www.midnightsynergy.com/newslett ... index.html

Any feedback, as always, is appreciated.

And if you can tear yourself away from WA:MOFI long enough to work on Peegue's Puzzle Page, you can discuss the puzzle here. Please use spoiler tags, just in case.

I finished the demo this morning,it is very long compared to the original Wonderland Adventures.

The game is truly excellent, I love the new textures and the new music.

I think the hardest level in the demo is the "learning to grow" level. It took me ages to get past the turtle part at the end.

The crabs and vines are also very good ideas.

I cant wait to buy the game :D :D :D

This is the demo? There is a LOT of traffic right now, so a few users might get this. Clear your temporary internet files and try again.

Congratulations Patrick!
Hopefully the hardest work is now done and you can finally relax. I'm sure MOFI will be a big hit!

Pauline: Tims sculpture is wonderful. What a unique gift! Did it take him long? He could probably go into mass production and sell quite a few of those around here! Great work Tim!

Julie: I don't think you ever mentioned that LeanDemon was your son. Talent runs in your family, eh?

Carolyn, Robbie, Bruce & Andrew, Diana, and LeanDemon: Hello to you all. Thanks for stopping by. I recall those early days, the forum was a very different place. So much has happened since then. :D

Happy Holidays to all.

Yep! :D He is my oldest son. When he came over at Christmas time that first year, I showed him the game - big mistake because I lost my computer to him for a couple of hours that night. Then his 2 daughters discovered the game..............and I lost my computer to them more than once, too.

I've got to try out this new game - from what I'm reading, it sounds like another winner! :D

He made it bit by bit in his lunch breaks at work. Apparently it took him a couple of months all in all, waiting for the bits to dry etc. He's into Warhammer models in a big way so he's used to painting tiny things. The model is only 1 and a half inches high and is sat on my desk. Glad you like it. :D

I don't see a lot of discussion on the puzzle here... I guess everyone is too busy playing WAMOFI?

Anyway, am I correct in thinking that the pass phrase is
abracadabra
?

Yes, not much discussion on the puzzle, but yes - Chris - you got it (and to my knowledge, you're the first) - well done!

Sorry, I didn't know where to put this...

Did you see the photo you've put as a level in MOFI?

You gotta fix it.

Just play on and you might change your opinion

(or just look at the picture more closely. There are also some hints that this is a MOFI screenshot, eg the timer button or the one-step bridges)

Really?
I gotta get the game!

Well, I noticed some stuff, but I thought that was casual in older game (thought I don't remember seeing it).

OMG. Look at the Stinker, diagonal movement, a bag... Now I feel ashamed!

BTW, can I get any hint about that puzzle?
I mean, even if I manage to continue those 8 rows, how do I get the final answer?
I'm confused. :?
