I thought I'd post up another adventure of mine, as I'll be unable to play adventures for a period of time (I'll still be posting, though). This one's another showcase, and it features a rather interesting glitch. Pretty easy if you know what you're doing, but a tad difficult if you don't

Finished it in gold without using the GROW magic

Well, I eventually came to playing this,
and it was quite an interesting adventure!

I myself didn't use grow, either.

However, I flashed the fireflowers instead of the keys,
even though I found that you can collect them and still use them as shields.

So, I don't know if I solved it correctly or not.

I did end up using both flo charges, though.

Yeah, you did it correctly. I don't think flashing the keys would work, as you would be shot the second time round.

So Jutomi (and I think many others too) discovered a loophole that compromised the whole concept I was trying to show. Therefore, I've updated the .wa3 file in the first post to fix this loophole.
