The hints:

The ignition unit:
1. Go to the storeroom L of the device and push the wooden box D onto the raft. You'll care about it later.
2. Use the breaktiles to push all 4 cannons onto the conveyors and to step back quickly.
3. Now you can turn on the current for a moment to bring the cannons in position, but turn it off again before you proceed to the stabilizers.
The stabilizers:
1. Push the right steel box 2xU, then L over the ice and (using the yellow TPs) U onto the special tile.
2. Push the left stell box in the same way onto the other special tile.
3. Go to the storeroom and push the spare boulder D and R to destroy the wooden box and to start the ignition unit.
4. Leave the storeroom (or try to get the leftmost bonus coin) and push the yellow sphere R and the blue one L.
5. They will stop on the conveyors and the device is ready. Step on a conveyor timer or turn on the current to start it.
The equalizer:
1. The running stabilizers steer the conveyors in regular pushes. Watch this rhythm.
2. Push the 4 ice blocks one after the other up against the wall and (between two pushes) onto the 4 top conveyors. There should always be one (and only one) ice block on this top row of the device to keep the white gates open.
The steering unit:
1. Collect the top and the right coin in this room. Don't get the two other coins yet.
2. Go to the storeroom with the boulders: Push the top left one and the lower one L against the wall.
3. Slide over the top left ice curve to push the top left boulder D against the lower one.
4. The lower boulder will roll to the lower right storeroom, extinguish 4 flames and return after a few seconds.
5. In between push the top left boulder L to the steering unit and the top right boulder L against the wall.
6. Wait until the lower boulder returns and stops, then push it L to the steering unit too.
7. Go back to the steering unit and push the left boulder D through the pink TPs. It will keep the pink gates open.
8. Push the right boulder U to the ice curves. It will keep the cyan gates open. Get the remaining two coins in here.
The exit:
1. Use the right raft to get the rightmost bonus coin and to enter the lower right storeroom.
2. Get the 4 coins and push the keg all the way L (Attention: The ice!) and 1xD just in front of the central red gate.
3. Enter the bridge and listen to the plotters. Ah, a trace!
4. Step on the red timer and quickly go L, 3xU and 2xD to bring the red dude through the red gate into the corridor.
5. Go back to the central red gate and use your shadow to open it in a good moment.
6. Push the keg D into the opened red gate and stay aside to get rid of the guard.
