Post by annedanner » Thu Jul 04, 2013 6:43 pm

Anne062

This is the last of the "Doing It My Way" series. I hope you enjoy it.

Rockwall texture is attached- if you've played my other levels, you should already have it.

This was fun, but unfortunately a couple of objects and the trampoline were not used.

Not a problem, Amnon. It's ok that you didn't do it my way :)

It may not be a problem for you, Anne, but it is for me because I have no clue what can this extra box and reflector be used for.

I must have done it your way, Amnon. I also did not use the box on the ice at the beginning, one reflector, or the last break-tile and tramp by the exit. And I haven't a clue either. :?

Sorry, everyone. I thought I had checked everything multiple times. I even had a friend check it for me. Please try the revised edition.

Hi Anne,
I finished the revised version without using the exit tramp,
a reflector and one break-tile, though it did force me to use all the boxes.

I sent you a message explaining what I'm doing.

I made the revised level both, I believe, as intended, and Mark's way.

I'm completely stumped with this one Anne.

Right from the beginning I'm sure my moves are wrong. Just to let you know I'm working on it!

Hi Anne
I loved the tricky puzzle with the boulder and the spheres in this one. :D
Then I made the exit the same way as Mark and Amnon did. Thanks a lot!

Well whatever was left over, I had a great time trying to work this one out.
8)
Loved the whole business with the yellow spheres and the helpful steel box.
In the first version I had 2 wooden boxes left over, but none in the second version. I used that spare reflector as a blocker for the raft in both versions.

Thanks for the fun Anne! :D :D

Why would you need to block the raft?

I found that second reflector was getting in the way so I collected the coins off the break tiles and pushed the reflector in the water bottom right.

The second reflector can be pushed down then right earlier, so it is not in the way later.

Hey Guys,

There have been several references from different people about a spare reflector. The way that I designed the level one had to go in the water hole toward the exit and the other was used to kill the boing-boing (what's the name of those creatures?)

So how did you guys do either without using both?

It's our friend the COILEY...

In answer, an object can have more than one use, so as long as that reflector is above ground it can also be used to fill a water-hole.

So...how did you get it off the transporter to fill the water hole?

A wooden box fills the water to the right of the transporter (with the reflector on top), then I walk over it, push the reflector left then turn it around (that's one variation - I can also use it on the left-hand side, then bring back the wooden box from that area, etc.)

That's how I used the killer/reflector too - pushed it left, turned it round and back for the right-side waterhole.

How do do you do the first part with the metal box. If I can see if I am doing that correctly, maybe I can get the next part.

Thanks

Hey Annie,

The goal of the level is to move the metal box to the end to fill the lava hole.

Here are the first three steps. Let me know if more will help.
1. Push metal box down then quickly step right off breaktile so the the box can fall into the water hole.
2. Move box on the right of tramp down one square.
3. Return to water hole that now has a box in it and tramp up to break tiles.

That is the part I am doing correctly but I can't figure out how to get the other wood box and metal box out of the first part.

Annie
I finally figured how to use the tramps at the first part and finally made it out. Thanks for the fun level and the help.
