Can anyone tell me what would cause the cursor to float, it occurs just in wonderland. when i try to move from 1 point to another the cursor just floats, will not take a driect line to the next point.

the gate that starts out yellow and changes as u procede...it has a rainbow button behind it that u have to step on...when i follow the video on u tube the gate turns green not orange so no way to open it

I have followed the vidio correctly a hundred times and the gate will not turn orange so i can step on orange button to lower it and allow me to step on rainbow button...what am i not seeing or doing anyone have an idea
