HELP BMT Micro download wont work at all

HELP BMT Micro download wont work at all

I bought Wonderland and Return to Wonderland from the Midnight Synergy website (in a fit of nostalgia since i played them as a kid way back in 2005 :stinkylol: ) and was given a password plus a link to a download hosted my BMT Micro, but when I click on the download link the tab opens and closes itself in an instant (which is always unsettling on computers). I also tried the secondary download link that requires the product ID and password. Nothing happened.
What the Stinky am I supposed to do? I made the purchase years ago and must have encountered the issue back then but didn't realize I could ask for product support so now I'm finally trying to make it right. I emailed midnight synergy with no response so now I'm trying the forums. I hope I'm in the right section. Has anyone also experienced this? I'm glad midnight synergy and the community are still kicking btw hope y'all have a great day.

Edit: I did basic searching and found it instantly lol my bad. it doesnt look very active either but I will try it

When did you make the purchases? BMT gives you a link that expires in a month. You have to download it right away. Last time I bought something using BMT was in 2021 and there never was any problems so it's possible it's something on your end (browser, geolocation, local computer settings, etc) that's causing the problems. Try a different environment if possible.

If you've already contacted MS, don't worry, he takes a really long while to respond these days, but he's always been helpful in recovering lost purchases.
