When you download custom levels, they say lv6. They can be advanced or just regular. The platinum edition levels, when the upgrade happened, have their own folder in the custom levels folder, but they are the platinum set. Whenever you download a level from the custom levels area, they stay custom levels. Advanced only means that it has a texture/background/model, etc that has to be downloaded. Otherwise the level will not play due to the upgrade. Does that help any? Let me know. If it doesn't, you might send a pm to Midnight Synergy and he might be able to explain it better!

Custom levels come in three basic variations: .LEV (for Return to Wonderland Classic), .LV5 (for Return to Wonderland Deluxe) and .LV6 (for Return to Wonderland Platinum). If you have Return to Wonderland Platinum you are able to play all these levels.

The "Advanced" means just what Amy says: That the level somes with a custom house/model/texture/background that you need to download to get the full benefit of the level.

The houses and models are not mandatory to make the game load the level, but they will add considerably to the look of the the level. The textures and backgrounds have to be downloaded and unzipped - otherwise the game won't load the level and you will get an error message (or even a crash).

No, if you go to this link : http://www.midnightsynergy.com/returnto ... update.htm

and select 'Update v3.01' you can play levels without textures or backgrounds.
