I haven't played RTW or PoTZ, unfortunately, so I can't give a first-hand opinion of them.

I have always had a very deep fondness of WSW because it makes the world of Wonderland feel very big and alive, and none of the other games cover the map so extensively as far as I know. WSW really feels alive and like it's holding secrets, even after you've found all the hidden areas.
