Well, I have and there is no way to get by the UFO which guards the exit.

Amnon is right of course, I can't find anyway to pass the UFO.
Try to test your levels before uploading them, just to make sure there is a solution of some sort.

Then why do you think we have all the time in the world to waste on an unsolvable level? I could have got some work done instead.
