Hi Wonderlanders,
Here is Loof's Logical Lament
(Well - at least it makes for a change of scenery from my 'Quest' or 'Poser' levels

)
No glitches, false walls or hidden items - also, as much as I like them, no trampolines - sorry - no bouncing
Have a good weekend all,
Malcdelsol

Well, I can get all the coins except the one beside the box at the exit so I will be working on this one for a while! Thanks for the fun!

Same here Amy!
As usual Malc, I am stumped, but still working on it. There's only one logical way to get rid of that box at the exit, and I just don't see how to do it.

OK, I think I've figured out how to do it... But if I'm right, it needs very good timing to keep the Kaboom! alive and get the wood box out of the "cage". Is that right?

Hi Lucky-Luc,
Firstly, let me say that I am pleased that you are having a real go at solving this level
I am not sure what you mean by 'box in the cage'
What I will say is that there is absolutely no good timing required to keep the kaboom alive - although his help early on in the level is needed
I may put up some hints tomorrow - although I don't normally like to do that until at least 1 person has solved it 'off of their own back'

Didn't solve the level yet because my timing is just terrible, but Malc said I'd post this screenshot to show you it's possible
(You see, I've almost made it)

Hi Lucky-Luc,
I have just completed this level using the method that you show above in your screenshot.
Yes WOW

- you are quite correct in saying that it needs good timing and requires that the kaboom stays around to help throughout the level
I just want to assure everyone that there is an alternative method that allows you to get rid of the kaboom early on and therefore requires no luck with any timing.
I am happy to give hints if anyone wants them

I am still working on this one. I think I know what to do, too, but it was not Lucky's way. Although, his is very interesting.
Good puzzle!

Will I ever be able to play again?

Hi mette,
Many CONGRATS for solving this level
Obviously there are sveral ways of getting out/back in to the inner section so I am not sure what your method would have been.
In my solution the top green button is used to get 1 of the wooden boxes out.
Also I used the lower green button to destroy the kaboom (on the gate

) early on in the level.
Anyways - well done - glad you enjoyed the challenge

I`m a bit confused here, as usual. If the cannon stand on the yellow button, how can Loof get behind the green gate

Hi Wonderlanders,
Here is my solution to solve this level - for anyone who wants to give it another go
1. Do not put the cannon on or over the green button at any stage - you will not be able to get it back out and it is needed to get to the Exit.
2.Therefore you will need to get an item from outside (I actually get 2 - the prism and 1 wooden box).
3.Move the cannon to the side of the right transporter - LEAVE the coin above it to protect the kaboom - then go to the left transporter - as the kaboom passes the cannon you have your 'double block' so go left and you will be in the outside section.
4.Push the prism down the transporter then create a 'double block' with the 2 bottom wooden boxes on the outside of the left transporter.
5.Go around and minding the kaboom push the prism down the right transporter and follow and place it down a few squares.
6.As before (using the kabooms's backside) get to the outside section and bring the wooden box (top-right) in.
7.The kaboom is finished with so stand on the green button and as it goes past the green gate step back to destroy it.
(see attached screenshot)
8.Place the prism on the green button - then (by going down the left transporter) place the cannon on the yellow button.
9.This is the slightly tricky bit - get to the side of the green gate - wait for the fire to COME BACK from the back prism and quickly get inside the gate before it closes.
10.Collect all of the coins - place a box above the green gate - then after a shot - place the other box on the green button and get the first box out and left.
11.Place these 2 boxes to the right of the left transporter (as in white in pic).
12.Get the cannon out and upto the side of the right transporter.
13.Stand on the blue button - the boulder will go all around the level (as in red) and destroy the inside box (yellow X) by the left transporter and stop at the top wall.
14.Push the cannon down the transporter to replace the box and follow - Loof will walk over the transporter (as in green).
15.Push the cannon up and left to destroy the box by the Exit and then up into the water. Push the boulder above it and then use the wooden box below to complete the bridge to the Exit.
This all sounds quite tricky - and although it is difficult to work out - it is surprisingly easy to actually do - honestly

Hi Malc,
You solution is not that different from what I did. Instead of
dodging the fire coming back down, I waited untill the prism had been destroyed. Then I removed the cannon from the center aisle and used the box I had on "the inside" on the lower green button.

Hi mette,
So - that is how you didn't need to use the green button at the top
A FAR better way of doing that part than my solution

Wonderful challenge, Malc! I needed your walk through to finish it. I knew I needed the cannon on the outside but just couldn't work out the right steps! I enjoyed trying to solve it and was happy I got as far as I did on my own! Thanks!

I did have most of this worked out but I was making a crucial mistake and after I saw your walk through I realized what it was (too much interest in the left tp).
An amazing level, keep 'em coming I look forward to your weekend puzzles!
Thanks for this one.

I got most of this done on my own (she lies through her teeth

) actually I did! I wish I had had more time to study and play it - but alas I didn't this weekend

I used some of your spoiler - thanks for that!
