The first part has too many boulders.
The second part is nice.
The third part has far too many blocks, making it far too easy.

The reason I made too many blocks is to get an obstruction in the path and only clever ones can solve

Well, what's the average IQ points for a human, minimum and maximum?
I have been told I have about 111 IQ

The average I.Q. is 100, there is no official minimum, but Down-syndrome sufferers' I.Q. is around 50. The highest known I.Q. was 210.
Einstein is believed to have had 160-180.
