New Level - Hidden Treasures DELUXE

Post by majic1 » Sat Jul 17, 2004 3:43 am

I've been wanting to do this since the Deluxe came out - take one of my classic levels & see how I could enhance it with the new version. So I took my VERY FIRST level ever submitted & did some editing in Deluxe. I was SO nervous about submitting the first one - I have acknowledged the four people who commented initially on this level - if they hadn't, I NEVER, EVER would've submitted another level again!!! SO YOU MUST READ THE SIGNS!!

Okay - so here's the new, improved version, and the second is the way it originally looked!!!!

This is so much fun!!!

Okay, I left here and the first thing I did was play this level. This was great majic! :D Similar enough to visit fond memories, yet different enough to make it a bit of a challenge. I loved the notes, they made me laugh. Wait 'til I show this to Freightrain! He'll get a kick out of it. I don't think he's been mentioned in a level before. I loved my pretty little house, thank you. :D I really had a lot of fun with this. Thanks. :D :D :D

I've been waiting for someone to do a remake of their original level. 8)

There are a lot that could be enhanced with some of the new features.

Thanks for being the first and here's to many more. :D :D

I remember this too, and now, replaying it, I am amazed that this was a first level. Those boulders in the beginning gave me fits!

What a difference the addition of all the new objects makes. It still plays the same, but looks more interesting and compact.
The notes were cute.

Gosh majic1, it seems like a million light years ago I did this level.

It was fantastic then and brilliant now, after the revamping.

I didn't comment then, was too shy! (wonder what happened!)

Most of us are still here, wonder what happened to Lean Demon. :?

He was a fantastic author, does anyone know? :?:

Wonder if we'll all be here this time next year.

Thanks again for bringing this back, I had a ball.

So it does!
It's really amazing how the appearance has changed completely but the essence of the game has basically stayed the same. Great idea to do this, majic1!
