New Level - Tic-Tac-Toe

Post by SharonM » Wed Feb 04, 2004 12:59 am

Hi all,
This is the level I was considering for the competition. Try it out and let me know how you like it. :) I thought it turned out well, but you tell me.

I liked it, but now that we've seen it can you still enter it? I liked the use of the 3 teleporters, hadn't seen thsat before.

Hi jperleevt,
No I can't enter it. This was one that I was considering, but decided not to enter. :)

Glad you liked it. I saw that in someone else's level but couldn't get mine to work the way theirs did. I still liked the way it turned out though. :)

Hi Sharon,

Wow! Can't wait to see your comp level if this lesser of the 2. Beautiful layout - not much of a brain drain (which I appreciate) & interesting use of the teleporters.

I toyed around a little bit with the multiple teleporters but didn't go very far. I'm curious now to experiment a bit more - whether the first teleported is no longer linked after going through the 2 & 3rd - what happens with 4??? Opens up new possibilities

Thanks for a great level Sharon. Definitely a winner!

Hey Sharon,

Check out my posting "Gameplay Elements 4: Multiple Teleporters" for the rap on what happens & how to plan levels with more than 2 teleporters of the same colour.

You really got me thinking on this & it was pretty straightforward once I threw a few onto a board & had a look at what happened.

Regards
Robbie :D

Milchi had a 3-teleporter setup in "Don't Let Them Get You".

Hi all,
Glad you liked it. I'll have to check out the game play elements that Robbie talked about. :) Didn't realize number 4 had been posted! My son thought I should enter this one and my daughter the other! We dicussed it and finally decided on the other. I had a really hard time deciding! I liked the teleporter in this one though. Can't wait to see all the levels! 8)
