This level truly delivered the "what the heck is happening in my game?!" when the fake boulder suddenly turned real and killed Peegue!

Right now I'm stuck at the "destroy every box" part -- are you supposed to destroy them with boulders?

EDIT: Wait... there are steel boxes on the right side too... I have no clue how to get in there! :?

EDIT 2: Nevermind, there is a way to get there... but what do I do with the ones on the conveyor belt?

So you ARE supposed to destroy them with boulders... I'll have to try again then.

EDIT: OK, I can get to the right side now and destroyed every box except the one on the left. Can get out of the right side as well. Need just a few more tries...

EDIT 2: OK, got it! Very cool level, thanks, Mark! I honestly believe the way of getting to the right side of the level was like the smartest thing ever. Great misdirection, too.

The most difficult part for me was the "bowling" -- there are two slightly different ways to get rid of the last steel box, but one of them has much harder timing. I kept doing it the hard way until the last few tries.

Well, I'm happy found two different ways. I only discovered one which didn't require any special timing.

The much easier way (for me) is to wait until the prism is at the top, and when the steel box hits the top trampoline, you push the boulder. That has the steel box on the ice above exactly when the boulder passes by, the steel box cannot go anywhere and gets destroyed.

The harder way, though, is to wait until the steel box is at the top and then time it just right so that when the steel box moves down, the boulder destroys it. Problem: it's very easy to push the boulder too early, leading to situation 1 instead, but the items are in the other order, so it destroys the prism instead. You're left with just one steel box at the top and no prism and nothing else and you're utterly screwed.

Aside from the bowling part it's not too bad, actually. The only other quick move is the boulder evasion at the start (3 times) and it's fairly easy once you figure out what to actually do. It's the bowling part that can mess you up, as I described.

Oh, I thought you found two ways of destroying the box in the top left corner. :shock:

Eliminating the two boxes on the conveyor is very simple if you...
Roll the boulder right when you see or hear the box bounce on the top tramp.

Yep -- when you hear the BOX bounce on the top tramp. You can also wait until the box is at the top, and then time it so that the boulder catches it right after it gets pushed down... but if you're too early, the prism gets destroyed instead.

Once again I'm talking about the conveyor part, not the VERY last box that's on the left side of the level, which I also found only one way to destroy.

As for the conveyor part, my comments above should explain it.

It's also not only the last of the 2 boxes on the conveyor; you can use the same move for both of them. I didn't think of it, but after you mentioned that, I tried it that way, and it's indeed harder then the "normal" way. :)

I got the first part, destroyed both metal boxes and now I can't figure out how to get the next step. Would someone please tell me how to jump to the next part. I have jumped every way I can think and can't get anywhere but stuck or dead. Definitely a great level Mark, probably more than I can figure out but it is fun trying.

Another hint:
All of the trampolines except two (the top and bottom ones) are involved in the first jump sequence. Some more than once.
A mistake in this hint was pointed out by Marinus. I was writing from memory, sorry.

Thanks goes to Marinus for his walk-thru! :D
1. Step R (box in water below cannon) and push cannon 2D in water before it shoots. Step on/off breaktile. (lower box in water) Push last box R and U in water. Stand left of lower green TP, and when boulder is on upper box, step R through TP to avoid boulder. Avoid the boulder once again, and also the other boulder.

2. Quickly walk U, get clock and stand on blue button, before boulder returns. When a steelbox jumps on the upper of the 3 tramps, push boulder R and step L on blue button to destroy box. Repeat with other steelbox, and stand right-below generator, to push boulder on blue button. Go over conveyor and jump UUR UDU LRRU, to green button.

3. Steelboxes in water, and prisms on buttons. Walk R and D, and push woodbox in water. Get coins at the bottom and below generator, push right box U in water, and top box left in water. Immediately go back right before next box comes.

4. Top box left in water, right box out of the way, bottom box 2L, jump L, push box D in water, lure chomper to open the aqua gate, and jump LUL, on cannon. Get 2 coins at the bottom. Go over conveyor and jump UUR UDU LU to top-left corner.

5. Push steelbox through TP and in bottom white gate. Jump UUR UR to below steel-generator. Push steelbox U over tramp and follow immediately. Reflector D over tramp, get coin and jump R. Lure the chomper, jump L, and jump on the cannon like before. Go over conveyor and jump UUU to exit.

For the first boulder that comes (the "magical" boulder) you can just stand on the breaktile to avoid it.

Please explain. I see only one breaktile in that area, and that
must be removed => box in water => generator starts => new box activates conveyor timer => conveyor starts => magical boulder starts.
Did you find a different way?

Allow the cannon to shoot the box that sits on that breaktile. Then stand on the breaktile and push the boulder up. Then you have to avoid two boulders that run into the water and the third that's going to bounce back.

Either way you have to use the TPs for avoiding three times, though. :roll:

ADDED? Yes, there are two boulders in Marinus' walkthrough, but one of them has to be avoided twice... so three times is the charm either way.
