As Kaboom turns U to exit enclosure, quickly step 1D and 1L.

counter-clockwise around the tramp and all the way L + D to exit.

I should of said I could not get him to stay on the green button I can get him up there just like you said. I can go no further. I destroy the metal box in the gate and get the coin. Here's the first 4 steps:
1. Step D in R TP.
2. Take coin and step D on break-tile.
3. Step L in TP and push box into water.
4. Step R + U to stand on green button.

Solution for "Concentration Camp"
Step D in R TP, take coin and step D on break-tile.
Step L in TP and push box into water.
Step R + U to stand on green button.
When chomper is on floating box, walk L over break-tile.
Push steel box L inside gate.
Step 2 R + 1D + 1U and take coin behind green gate.
Step D in R TP and push box 1R.
Step D in L TP and push box all the way U.
Step D in R TP and walk U conveyor (keeping key depressed).
Push box R into water and stand on green button to lure chomper.
When chomper is on floating box, step 2 L.
As chomper begins to turn left, quickly step D into R TP and walk U conveyor.
Go R and stand on green button to lure chomper.
When chomper touches top wall, go D and enter room with tramp.
Roll the R boulder U on the ice.
Slide U and tramp L and use the same moves for avoiding chomper and entering room with tramp again.
Now boulder has been pushed on the aqua button.
When chomper steps on the floating box, in one continuous move:
Step 1U + 1D + 2U onto ice and stand on green button until boulder clears gate,
then quickly step 2L and D in R TP to lure chomper below.
When chomper is below conveyor, step D in L TP.
Chomper will destroy the barrel.
Push cannon 2D and 1R.
Slide prism U + R between the TP's and step D in L TP and slide it R + D to the L side of cannon.
Push cannon 1U on ice and prism 1 R.
Slide cannon U + R above R TP.
After cannon fire, step D in L TP and return to prism.
Push prism 1U on ice, then slide it U + R between the TP's.
Step D in L TP and push prism L + D to the center of the room.
After cannon fires, step D in R TP and step U conveyor to push cannon D into R TP and then 1L.
After cannon fires, slide cannon 1L and quickly stand on green button.
Cannon will destroy the left box.
Push cannon D to the center of the room and back U + R above the R TP.
Step D in L TP to slide cannon U.
Step D in R TP and step U conveyor to push cannon R on green button.
Return to the room below and step R across the break-tile.
Slide R on the ice taking coin on yellow button and tramp box L.
When UFO is on the West side of the ice, jump L + D + L + U.
Step 1D on break-tile and slide box R on yellow button.
When Kaboom is on the North side of tramp, step 3L.
As Kaboom turns U to exit enclosure, quickly step 1D and 1L.
When Kaboom is L of the ice, quickly run R + D into his lair and
go counter-clockwise around the tramp and all the way L + D to exit.
