New Level - Rainbow Boy

There already was a level titled: "Rainbow Hero".
So I removed it, and renamed it: "Rainbow Boy".
I've made some improvements and added a hint.

Hi Jordan

Traffic policeman Loof kept cool and mastered the rush-hour successfully.

I played 'Hero' and 'Boy', and both were very fun levels. Thanks again, my friend.

This level was inspired by the game "Rainbow Hero"
