The Volcano - SECRET CAVE

OK I'm stuck. I am in "The Volcano" area in the "Secret Cave". I've gone through the teleporter and went RLDDL as it said but I'm still in the room so how do I go through the teleporter again? When I back up and go out and come in the next time and go LLLD I get killed immediately. Am I doing something wrong?

I can't remember the level just by memory so I have tried to go back in a replay it so I could help you out. But I am not having any luck I can't even get passed the Kabooms. But hang in there and I will try to help you as best as I can.

I am not sure why this is not working, but I know for me if I pay attention to where Loof is moving it confuses me. the RLDDL is strictly the sequence of button pushes. While this seems obvious, I sometimes find it easier to not even look at the screen. Let me know if this helps.
