OK, I am feeling like a total dim bulb, because I can't find any posts about the level in the volcano called Over and Under. I'm having trouble getting started. I've been downstairs via the lower left corner and am working on dodging the fire flowers to unlock the red gates and go down another flight of stairs. Meanwhile, I'm not sure whether I should raise the barrels in the lava lake upstairs first or last.
