Loopy Secrets

In loopy's second game, you use coins to buy secrets. However, I'm not sure how you are supposed to use those secrets. Can somebody help me?

I was thinking that when he said a clock with twelve faces, he was talking about the mysterious right entrance with all those circles on the ground and the numbers were the combination you were supposed to step on. However, that didn't work.
