location of glow gem in WA 1

So I just beat WA: MOFI with a lot of difficulty and all 128 stars and decided to retry WA, but I forgot where the glow gem in this game is situated at. Help, anyone?

you can buy the glow gem from the wondertown merchant ( youll need to wait for a while)

ah, ok. Guess I just needed to wait. When is it available anyway? I checked after getting the blue shard in foggy mountains coz I thougt I remembered it being available after that, but it isn't.

It should be available from MooseJaw (the merchant at Wondertown) as soon as you have 4 of the shards. You'll know when that happens because Wisp will appear and tell you to go back and talk to Morklin. Since I think you can get the red and blue shards in either order (I don't remember for sure, it's been a while), this might explain why you remember getting it the first time after the blue shards, but not in your current game.
