What's the flip glitch?

Place an object on a tile, you want another object on the same tile? Nah, I didn't think so. Please ignore the rest of this paragraph.
Flip the level and place another object on the tile with the object on it... Holy cow! You have two objects on each other. Flip the level back and continue making your horrid story about the stinker without a gullet.
