How do i make a picture attachment downloadable?

I know this is so so so so so so dum to ask this but how do i make picture attachments downloadable?

They're downloadable right from the get-go - People just have to Right-Click and select "Save image as..." (or whatever it says on Internet Explorer, I'm on Firefox).

or if you insist on having the "download" button
then just zip it up
Why did the chicken cross the road?
