New expansion - why don't you make new editor?

The Midnight Synergy is making expansion for game (WA:MOFI) - why don't you make expansion for game level/adventure editor?

I would like to have elements of WA and elements of WA:MOFI (including new models, magics and textures) in my level/adventure editor. I would like to make hills in my level/adventure editor too. Does anybody know if Midnight Synergy is going to make it?

Please, make it as soon as it's possible.

1. You can already make hills in the current WA editor.
2. We're using an editor with the new MOFI features and the old ones. What would be the point in excluding the old things?

3. WA:MOFI is not an expansion. Remember what MS said about it?

I think he means the new textures and objects in WA:MOFI, like Fire Island texture, and the new palm trees.

We (meaning I and the other designers) are using it for MOFI. MS has given the designers and testers personal copies of the editor, so you wouldn't be able to use it, even if one was secretly given to you, by PM.
Now really, how could you possibly think that MS would have the editor out publicly? This is supposed to be a surprise, not just a mere update.

First off, it's exclusive to only the testers (such as me) and the level designers at this point in time.

Second off, even if a tester / designer did give it to you, it wouldn't work - the editor being used for development is 'locked' to the computer it's installed on, i.e. it works on my home PC because that's where I installed it, but if I copied it over to my laptop it wouldn't work.

That and I don't have a laptop.

Plus the editor WILL be available when the game comes out. All I can say for now? Just be patient, it'll be here faster than you know it

Also, what mqdar said - if the game's in development, why would you release a level editor for it? It's understandable for fangames, you want people's opinions on it. But official games? No, you wait until it's done because a leaked beta could compromise your company's credability (SEGA, I'm looking at you).

When is WA:MOFI going to be released? I know you can't give us the exact release date, but, can you give us a really rough date? (But if you can give us the exact date please do!)

Since Fire Island has a "scary" theme, it would be really, really, really, cool if it was released in October!
