Press Print screen (PrtSc) from your keyboard and open paint. Press Ctrl+V and select what you need for screenshot. Save this in jpg or png. If you save it in bmp format is possible to be too big for forum. For example i have a same image with dimension 1024x768 saved in bmp and jpg. In bmp Size is 2.25 MB and in jpg is just 117 KB.
