I have got this problem a few days ago, I have solved the problem, I can help you.

This thing is fake and is one of many rogue viruses of virus scanners that will bombard your computer until you buy it online. They want your money so they hold your computer in crap. Do not think the massive amount of viruses is real. It's just a scam.

I have two ways to get rid of rogue viruses like this

1. Use MalwareBytes Anti Malware.
Perform a scan and the rogue virus MAY get terminated after.

2. Pirate the good way
Try to find a registration key for MS tool removal on google. That's how I did it.

If you don't want to ILLEGALLY pirate it, even for a good cause, you should check for it in your appdata folder. To get there, go into start > run > type in %appdata% and it should take you there. Look for the folder and delete it.

Such rogue viruses of virus scanners are by themselves a scam and illegal, so, as far as I know, the "illegal" point does not apply. Or am I mistaken?
Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

Yes, they themselves are illegal, but sadly that doesn't void the act of removing it a certain way.
