I'm glad I'm not grossed out by pics of bugs. With that zoom anyone who is would of threw up by now.

It's a Canon Digital Camera, (PowerShot SD1100 IS),
about 3 years old.

Do you use also a special objective lens for taking pictures like that? I have a Nikon camera but always fail in taking detailed pictures of small objects. I remember the last wedding of a family member, where they got lovely
flowery by post and I tried to take pics of them but failed! I feel desperate

At least I'm better in making portraits.
