How to turn active?

So, arvis36 contacted me and said he changed his email. Yet his account is now inactive and he waited for an answer from MS for a whole day. But he didn't get any message and that's when he contacted me and asked on how to turn active again. I didn't know. So I was hoping you guys know. If you do, please help. Thank you. You mean he changed his email in the Profile settings?
If so, I think that sends an activation link to the new email. I've also had an issue in the past where I switched emails on here, and my new email wouldn't let me login so I couldn't click the activation link! (I ended up having to make this new "jdl" account)

The only way to fix this would be to either somehow login to your new email account and click the link, or have Patrick manually set your account to active.

When I returned from a 2+ Month absence from the forums, I changed my e-mail to something more recent. I got locked out of my account, so I just e-mailed Patrick, and he set things straight.

jdl - Yes, he did change his profile email, but he didn't get the activation link

SS01 - How long did it take MS to reply to your email?
