If it is a game, and Kooky makes it, what about Evil Toaster 2 Expantion:The Dark Storm?
I totaly agree with the "eee's story" idea.It sounds so...awesome.And fitting.

Even though you can't go upstairs, can you open the door and look upstairs?
But don't worry, now that I think about it if your house is on fire, your house(even downstairs) would be gone. It's probaly just all the body heat comming out and not going anywhere.
Do you have a freezer down there?

Is your mom there?
If you can look at my avatar for 19 minutes, without closing your eyes, you must be great.

Wow, that's about 30 meters under the ground! When you dig a hole in the ground where I live about 1,5 m deep (4 or 5 ft) then it's full of water after a while. But well; Netherlands means actually "low lands" and a big part is below sea level.
Is it a room under the ground especially for in case there is a storm? And you share it with neighbours, or only your family?

Is the storm already a bit less, then it was before? And does it always take such a long time? Because you said you had to stay there for a few days. Where I live there are never such big storms as with you, and when there's a little storm it usually only takes a few hours.
The underground you are talking about, is that such as a cave inside a mountain?
