Since I searched for the topic but it was in the old Off-Topic forum, I decided to start it again over here.

Wizard101 is a game where you become a wizard of one of seven different schools of magic, Ice, Fire, Storm, Balance, Life, Myth, or Death. Here you battle monsters with this magic and do quests. You can also buy a house of your own, and you can buy wands, clothes, amulets, etc. that can help you in battles.

I'm a level 40 ice wizard, named Taylor Dawncaster. Ice is my favorite school, Death is my second, and third is Life.

Also, I have a Death wizard on my friend's account (don't ask me why. it's quite complicated

) and I'm about to go to The Great Spyre. Can anyone help me with this? It's rather tough

Alright, I FINALLY beat Malistaire!

Malistaire himself isn't actually too difficult, what's actually difficult is GETTING to Malistaire. Tons of battles (including the Gurtoks). If it weren't for the legendary life and fire wizards that helped me, I wouldn't have done this. Never try it alone!

Okay, I just got to Celestia, (it's a brand new world) and it's AWESOME!

On the downside, enemies here are WAY harder. They start battles with 2 pips and they get lots of power pips.

I was battling some fire rank 9 crustaceans, and here's something REALLY weird: They get damage boosts for Ice AND Storm!

Lots of people are complaining about how hard Celestia is, but I guess you get used to it. Though I'm pretty sre lots of wizards die a lot in there.

I'm considering trying this, but the theme sounds kind of cheesy.

It has a battle system sort of like ToonTown, from the sounds of it?

I watched a video of it and the battle system looks a little confusing, haha.

It looks as if you can only use the name generator...

Oh well, I'll try this soon. Chances are I'm going to fail.

Looked into this a bit more... the HUD is almost exactly like ToonTown's. O_o

It looks like a kid's game, but I'm bored out of my mind, soooo:

Play it. It's awesome.

I got to level 5, but I don't play much since I am embarced about the theme so I only play it when noone is around, and close it if someone comes into the basement.

Yes, that's what I thought at first when I started playing it.

I only tried Toontown for a short time, only got to MML.

What Emerald says is true, the first world isn't very good, but after that it gets AWESOME. (Though Krokotopia isn't my fav world either.

Mooshu is my second favorite, then comes
Celestia, Dragonspyre, Krokotopia, and last is Wizard City. I'm too lazy to check Grizzleheim out yet.
