New forum idea - Secondary Training Forum

This idea, is a post I thought of when I was bored. Most post previews that I made - Including this one, do not even make it to the forum. :P
This idea is a separate board that looks like this one that trains banned/suspended users and other users in need of it. What "Training"?
well, training to post forum-friendly content. The mods here (and me, for making the idea) will be mods there, and we only act when necessary. Each mod will have two "Dummy" accounts that will simulate different kinds of users (Spammer, Veteran Poster (i.e. MyNameIsKooky, Me, Emerald), New user, etc) The users there will be the banned/suspended users and such. These users have a 300-Post Demo, and after, the mods privately make a decision on weather the user should return to this forum, or start training over with an absolutely clean slate.
If a user is chosen to be unbanned, They become a mod of the training grounds, but watched closely for bad behavior. Failure to responsibly use your power will result in another decision that is not viewable by said user.
What do you think?

Interesting idea, but it would take too much work. Trolls would try to take advantage of the situation, anyways.

I think it's just best just to let banned users mature, then we let them back in.

No, because we would judge users based on personal improvement and the rules of this forum. Breaking the rules on either site will result in returning to the training level.

I think it's a good idea, but like Kooky said it would be a lot of work.

I think I migh add it to the NFW forums and if I do you would be a mod like you said.

A forum I used to be in had a section where banned/supended users can apologize and get to have their ban period shorter, but they closed that section because of heavy workload there.

And you just made me think of a factory. A human factory. I would never want to learn that way.
