Club penguin EPF Secret

I know that I'm new here but I saw something special on EPF HeadQuarter.
The room was almost full of penguins and some of they sited down on chairs and a strange video appeared on the screen.
It show many images and info about other tube transporter in Club penguin.
But I can't open they.
