My Computer is updating, 36 updates! Now I installed them and my computer says "Preparing to configure Windows" and nothing happens, I pressed all the buttons, shuttled down and powered on. NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!!! It say "Preparing to configure Windows" from yesterday! HELP PLEASE!!!

Wait a very very very long time. It might not work anymore, you're really not supposed to shut it down while it's updating =/
If that doesn't work reinstall windows.

Can you get into Safe Mode (turn it on, press F8)

I pressed F and nothing seemed to happen Do you mean F8?

Yes he did. The smiley he used was represented by an 8 and then a close parentheses like this. 8)
