I tried to go to Toontowncentral.com, but the domain name has been anonymously stolen!

Both of my siblings are either unable to use a computer, or not at my house.

Namecheap is a valid domain registration company. Somebody might have played a trick by trying to registering this domain over at Namecheap that caused this. Try clearing your cache and it should be OK once again.
Also, TTC sucks. Try
http://www.theguildv2.com instead.
