The thing is we all know game designing of some sort be it rtw or wa or mario or gmk.
But when I ask my neighbour friends about it, they say they don't know it.
Does that happen with your neighbours too?

If they've been on the internet long enough, its likely they'll understand what you mean, whatever it is, games, websites, etc. Real Life Example:
Dig: Ever heard of a brony? Friend: errr what now?
Dig: LOOK OUT FOR THAT SENTRY BUSTER! Friend: errr what now?
Dig: ETC, ETC Friend: errr what now?
