Just a quick question, what exactly are 'Usergroups'? I've seen the Usergroups button in the top left corner of the forum buttons, and when I click on it, it just says that no usergroups exist. Was it ever possible or still is possible to use this function?

It's default prophpbb stuff. MS uses it for stuff like MoFI testers and stuff like that. All groups are hidden, so you only know they exist if you're part of one.
