How To Make Hubs

I feel stupid right now for asking this, but is there a hub option in the editor? If I make an adventure and put it in the hub, is it suddenly a hub then? Patrick's How To Hubs pdf just says "build the hub as usual." I'm really confused about this.

Build your hub as if it was an adventure. Then move the adventure's folder to the "Hub" folder, and add in all the adventures.
