Is separate IceBlock WOP possible?

Is separate IceBlock WOP possible?

For my adventure I need a WOP of a Brr IceBlock. However, I wasn't able to extract any useful stuff from a .wlv to make a WOP from and the Editor doesn't accept !IceBlock as a model, so hex-editing is necessary. Did anyone succeed in using the IceBlock model (in fact I can use a Cuboid with IceBlock graphics to achieve the same effect, so all I need is to start the game with the proper model)?

This is because I'm aiming at simulating frozen keys, gems and coins to make Pow levels more interesting, so if there is a way to freeze object then the IceBlock would not be needed anymore.
