When saving or loading a wop or tp1 type the path, foldername\wopname or foldername\tp1name

Some more progress on the dialog and master editor's Development.
Master editor allows you to edit the helplines and save\load master.dat files from a file path
Dialog editor allows you save\load *.dia files from a file path
